El miércoles tuvimos la inauguración de nuestra nueva planta de Carbures en Greenville, en el Beechtree Business Park. Asistieron todo tipo de invitados, autoridades, clientes, amigos de Carbures y vecinos del parque empresarial. Pudimos contar con la asistencia del señor alcalde de Greenville, Knox White, personalidades del SCTAC, y representantes de Stevens Aviation y Dynamics, entre otros.
This Wednesday we had our inauguration of the Carbures new plant in Greenville, at the Beechtree Business Park. We had all kind of guests, from authorities to venders, clients, friends of Carbures and neighborhoods of the park. Some of them were the Mayor Knox White, people from the SCTAC, and representatives of Stevens Aviation and Dynamics, among others.

Nada más comenzar, el señor alcalde nos dio una charla agradeciendo nuestra presencia en Greenville y todo lo que ello conlleva. También tuvimos unas palabras de nuestro Presidente Carlos Guillén haciendo hincapié en la fusión que hemos conseguido de innovación, negocio, conocimiento e investigación. Finalmente, el CEO de Carbures USA, Iván Contreras, señaló que contratará a unos 100 empleados más en los próximos cuatro años, además de una inversión de unos 3 millones de euros en Greenville.
At the beginning of the opening, Mayor White gave us a speech thanking us our presence in Greenville and all that this brings. We also had some words from our President Carlos Guillén who pointed out the fusion that we obtained with innovation, business, knowledge and investigation. Finally, Iván Contreras, CEO of Carbures USA, told us his intention to hire up to 100 more employees and invest $4 million more in Greenville in the next four years.

Después de las charlas, realizamos un tour pasando por todos nuestros sectores de trabajo con explicaciones y muestras: aeroespacial, automoción, marine, tecnología, además de facilitar información e imágenes de nuestras infraestructuras y Carbures a nivel mundial. Después, Keth Houseal, nuestro General manager de Carbures USA, hizo muestra de sus 14 años de experiencia en composites, y acabó con un brindis por todos los presentes y el futuro de Carbures.
After the speeches, we make a tour showing all our work sectors with explanations and samples of aerospace, automotive, marine, technology, and also giving information and pictures of our infrastructure and Carbures worldwide. Next, Keth Houseal, our General Manager for Carbures USA, gave a speech showing his 14 years experience in composites, and finish with a toast for all the person who came and the future of Carbures.

Esta nueva planta viene a responder a las necesidades y demandas de nuestros clientes, y a los distintos programas que Carbures está desarrollando en Estados Unidos.
