Con el objetivo de asegurar la integridad estructural de nuestra pieza, Carbures USA junto con Raisbeck Engineering, diseñaron una prueba para comprobar la unión mecánica entre composites y el núcleo.
Carbures Seattle manufactures fly away parts for multiple programs. One of the parts is a ZR lite flap for the Learjet 31 and 35. In an effort to ensure our part's structural integrity, Carbures USA along with Raisbeck Engineering, designed a test to verify the mechanical bond between composites and core.
La prueba implicaba cargar 544 kg. en las flaps.Tras diversos ensayos los resultados obtenidos aseguran la viabilidad del proceso.
The test involved loading 1200lbs onto the flaps. After differents tests the obtained results assure the viability of the process.
El flap pudo sostener la carga y superó la prueba con éxito, lo cuál se convierte en otro testimonio de Carbures know-how y compromiso con la calidad.
The flap passed the test and was able to withstand the load. Just another testament to Carbures' know-how and commitment to quality
