Recently, Rafael Contreras,CEO of Carbures Europe and President of Carbures USA, has shared with us his reflections after the third capital increase since CARBURES started quoted at Alternative Stock Market. Next we reproduce the entire article published in his personal blog.
Yesterday, Monday 11th of February 2013, I signed the third capital increase since we started quoting on 23th March 2012, reaching a total of 7,551,153.46 euros. The fact, in itself, is an important milestone because it represents the fulfillment of the objectives of capitalizing on CARBURES roadmap.
However, satisfaction is derived from the qualitative aspect that has had this extension, which is summarized in the following excerpt from the final report subscription of capital increase:
¨ It has been signed all of the shares subject to the extension, having received additional subscription requests that could not be met. In particular, the number of unmet requests were for three hundred and fifty-five thousand six hundred thirty-three (355,633) shares, representing a 18% relative to the amount of the capital increase. ¨
Once exposed the objective data, I would like to meet two objectives with these lines . First, to thank the renewed confidence of those who were and are partners of CARBURES ,and have decided to increase its share in this expansion. Thank you sincerely on behalf of the entire team of CARBURES.
Moreover, I would like to welcome those who have been following us some time ago, and they have finally taken the step to become shareholders. Thank you and welcome.
Besides the feeling of satisfaction with the work done by the whole team of CARBURES, the responsability accompanies us for their trust deposited in CARBURES. Therefore, I reiterate my commitment and personal work of the whole team that I lead, and thanks for having your trust.
Events happen rapidly, and since last 23th of March 2012, the company has gained more than 60% as a result of market confidence in our business plan and our management.
For illustrative purpose, we have just reinforced our presence on both coasts of the United States with the entry into Seattle aeronautical center; CARBURES works in the automotive industry are moving forward according to plan, and as far as diversification is concerned, we are in developments very concrete in civil works.
These are just some of the milestones that result of work done.
The trust of our investors should be reciprocated by two essential elements that are directing our management: the economical one and the reputation of the company.
From the economic perspective, increase profitability and return on investment are the key elements of our management.
From the point of view of reputation, as our president states, feeling proud to be a part of this company, with social responsibility in managing the essential element.
As CEO of CARBURES, what I can guarantee is the tireless work to meet those expectations, and that our capabilities and technology get translated into tangible results to which we are already witnessing during this time.
