El pasado 5 de abril, se anunció mediante hecho relevante al mercado la ampliación de capital en la que actualmente nos hallamos inmersos.

On July 5, it was announced the capital increase, in which we currently find ourselves, to the financial market through official communication.

"El capital social, que actualmente asciende a ONCE MILLONES QUINIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO MIL QUINIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS EUROS CON SETENTA Y SEIS CÉNTIMOS (11.594.582,76 €), se aumenta hasta la cifra máxima de DOCE MILLONES DOSCIENTOS SETENTA Y SEIS MIL SEISCIENTOS DIECISIETE EUROS CON TREINTA Y DOS CÉNTIMOS (12.276.617,32 €), mediante la emisión de un máximo de UN MILLÓN DOS MIL NOVECIENTAS NOVENTA Y DOS (1.002.992) nuevas acciones ordinarias representadas mediante anotaciones en cuenta, de sesenta y ocho céntimos de euro (0,68€) de valor nominal cada una, a un tipo de emisión de seis euros (6 €), esto es, con una prima de emisión de cinco euros con treinta y dos céntimos (5,32 €) por acción. Las nuevas acciones son de la misma clase y serie única que las actualmente en circulación, concediendo todas ellas idénticos derechos a sus titulares, y deberán ser íntegramente desembolsadas mediante aportaciones dinerarias en el momento de la suscripción."
Share capital, which currently stands at ELEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY EUROS SEVENTY SIX CENTS (€ 11,594,582.76), is increased up to the maximum of TWELVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTEEN EUROS AND THIRTY-TWO cENTS (€ 12,276,617.32), by issuing a maximum of oNE MILLION TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO (1,002,992) new ordinary shares represented by book entries, sixty-eight cents euro (€ 0.68) par value each, at an issue price of six euros (€ 6), ie with a premium of five euros and thirty-two cents (€ 5.32) per share . The new shares are of the same class and series as those currently single movement, giving all of them equal rights to their holders, and must be fully paid through cash contributions at the time of subscription.
