MANAGEMENT FRUITS
We are celebrating the first anniversary of our presence in the Alternative Investment Market in these days. Both 100 Carbures page, in press, or some other executive CARBURES Blog, among other platforms, you can read about all our achievements this year as a listed company. In these celebrations, which usually tend to look back and look at the position where we are today, we may loose perspective of what brought us here.
So I would like to recall two fundamental elements that are at the origin and cause of the results and fruits we reap today: appreciation of the share in a +187%; strengthening international expansion with the landing of CARBURES in Seattle having presence in both coasts, investment in machinery and technology first as three autoclaves for Europe, USA, and China, and RMCP (patent itself) to name a few.
The two key elements are: Planning and preparation of the strategy (planning and strategic direction) and on the other hand, daily management which principle is excellence (excellence management). CARBURES is being forged over the last years with multiple analysis and studies, contrast trips to markets, and all written shaping itself into a plan that is being implemented meticulously.
The second element, the execution of that plan, is reflected in the daily management where there is progress in achieving planned milestones, we review the changing environment in order to react in handling situations that lead us away or closer to the final goal. Careful planning and thoughtful daily work in our case are joined in a successful symbiosis.
There is a principle which runs Carbures in all directions: excellence in management. With the humility that gives me the experience and respect for the work and my colleagues, we can say that if this March we are celebrating a successful year of Carbures, it is due to this work with good jugdment being carried out at different levels of CARBURES.
Today, apart from joining the general satisfaction with the achievements I wish to highlight that the plan does not end there and there is still much to do. We will continue to manage to keep getting results. FRUITS OF MANAGEMENT.
