El próximo lunes 30 de mayo se celebrará una Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas de CARBURES EUROPE S.A.. La reunión se celebrará a las 10.30 en el Salón de Actos del CEEI Bahía Cádiz, C/ Manantial, 13, Edificio CEEI, Pol. Industrial Las Salinas de San José Bajo, El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), previsiblemente en primera convocatoria.
Cualquier accionista que no pueda asistir a la Junta General Ordinaria puede hacerse representar por otra persona, pudiendo ser esta accionista o no de la Sociedad.

Next Monday May 30th CARBURES EUROPE is going to hold the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will take place at 10:30 in the Auditorium of the CEEI Bahía Cádiz, C/ Manantial, 13, Edificio CEEI, Pol. Industrial Las Salinas de San José Bajo, El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), and it is expected to be celebrated at first call.
Any shareholder who can not attend may be represented by another person, who may be a shareholder of the Company or not.
