DANCE OF CARBURES / LA DANZA DE CARBURES
In orient, it exists a sort of sufí dance in which the derviches (the dancers) revolves around its axis reaching high velocity without loosing balance.They can see how everything revolves around without loosing the center.
En oriente, existe un tipo de danza sufí en la que los derviches (bailarines) giran sobre su eje alcanzando gran velocidad y sin perder el equilibrio. Ven cómo todo gira a su alrededor sin perder el centro.
Something is very characteristic in regards to the moments that the company is experiencing, a topic which I spoke about in an earlier post, it is the velocity in which we move forward and the ability to tackle differents fronts. This is possible because of a dedicated and motivated team, along with good articulation of the integral management system across the organization.
Algo característico de los momentos que la compañía está viviendo, y de lo que ya me he ocupado en algún otro post, es la velocidad a la que nos movemos y la capacidad para abordar distintos frentes. Esto es posible gracias a un equipo entregado y motivado, y una buena articulación de gestión integral en todos los niveles de la organización.
I’m not going to evaluate in this post the year 2012, but in contrast, I will share with you some key points which will explain why I feel like Carbures: In the center of this dance; with adrenaline up and well focused and balanced at the same time.
No voy a hacer balance aún del 2012 en este post, pero sí os daré algunas pinceladas de por qué me siento en el centro de esa danza, con la adrenalina arriba, pero al igual que CARBURES, bien centrado y en equilibrio.

Airbus is our main aerospace customer, which allows us to get access to the whole family of monolithic structures of ships; In addition, only two weeks ago, we announced in El Burgo de Osma ( Soria-Spain) the establishment of a carbon fiber production center for the automotive industry, which is a direct result of the owned and patented technology that Carbures develops.
Desde el verano hasta ahora, cerramos con éxito la segunda ampliación de capital en el mes de julio, logrando una captación de unos 2 millones de euros que se sumaban a otros dos del mes de marzo cuando salimos al MAB; Carbures Europe se consolida como Tier 2 de referencia al posicionarse como el único con presencia internacional, y consigue programas y certificaciones con AIRBUS, nuestro principal cliente aeronáutico, que nos dan acceso a toda la familia de naves de estructuras monolíticas; además hace tan sólo dos semanas hemos presentado en El Burgo de Osma (Soria) la creación de un Centro de Producción de piezas de fibra de carbono para el sector de automoción fruto de una tecnología propia y protegida que Carbures desarrolla.

If we move to Orient, at Carbures China, Our General Manager in this country, Juan Miguel López Rueda, is developing non-stop work habits next to engineers and carbures workers who have been working in Harbin for a long period, whereas the plant which is being developed as part of our Joint Venture is moving forward at an accelerated pace.
Si nos vamos a Oriente, en Carbures China, Juan Miguel López Rueda, nuestro General Manager para dicho país, está desarrollando un trabajo continuo junto con ingenieros y personal de Carbures que ya llevan tiempo trabajando en Harbin, mientras que la planta que se está levantando dentro de la Joint Venture que la compañía tiene establecida, avanza a un ritmo acelerado.
Jumping to Occident, at Carbures USA, headed by Ivan Contreras, we have accomplished registration as BOEING supplier which represents the aeronautics industry. Carbures is also a certified supplier for the automotive industry. At the present time, we are producing for an OEM of the transport sector, and we are developing a R+D+i project for the incorporation of carbon fiber pieces in high value vehicles. In other sectors, we are producing in the United States, casings for Ipad and carbon fiber oars for Kayaks. Regarding our capacities, we have started the adaptation and certification process for the production center which will be used exclusively for aeronautics industry, this fact allow us to own automotive facilities distinguished from aeronautics facilities. This allows us to be referenced as a Tier 2 company on the east coast of the United States.
Dando un salto a Occidente, en Carbures USA, con Iván Contreras a la cabeza, hemos conseguido estar registrados como proveedores certificados de BOEING, en el sector aeronáutico, al tiempo que para automoción ya estamos produciendo para una OEM del sector transporte, y estamos desarrollando un proyecto de I+D para la incorporación de piezas de fibra de carbono en coches de alta gama. En otros sectores, estamos produciendo desde USA carcasas para Ipad, remos de fibra de carbono para kayaks. Y en cuanto a las capacidades, se ha iniciado ya el proceso de adecuación y certificación de la planta que en USA tendrá uso exclusivo para el sector aeronáutico, disponiendo así de instalaciones para automoción diferenciadas del aeronáutico. Esto nos sitúa como Tier 2 de referencia en la costa Este de Estados Unidos.
All the actions, agreements, sectorial and geographical diversifications, transparencies and managerial endeavours make it possible for an upward trend due to the fact that Carbures was quoted 8 months ago in the Alternative Stock Market, with an increase of 48% in the price per share thanks to the acknowledgement and confidence of retailers. I take advantage of this opportunity to announce that on next Saturday the 19th of January we will hold the Investor Day Event and I would be very pleased to count on the presence of all of you.
Todos estas acciones, contratos, diversificación sectorial y geográfica, esfuerzo de transparencia y gestión, está haciendo que en los ocho meses que llevamos como empresa cotizada el reconocimiento y confianza de los minoristas hayan hecho que CARBURES se haya revalorizado un 48%. Aprovecho para recordar que el próximo sábado 19 de enero 2013 celebraremos el Investor Day y me encantaría contar con la presencia de todos vosotros.
