The industrial group, specialized in carbon fiber structures, accumulates a 600% appreciation in the Alternative Stock Market .The evolution of its turover has the same behaviour, it has been multiplied by 18 in two years.

This Cádiz-based company, which produces carbon fiber structures and was born as a spin off of the University of Cadiz, has spent two years in a modest turnover figures - in 2011, registered 3.3 million - to multiply by 18 this year , with a expected turnover of 60 million euros. It has 425 employees on staff.
The behaviour in the stock market has been very remarkable. ¨We are not a promise, we are a realty with a high growth¨, Juárez justifies. With a capitalization of 110 million euros and an accumulated appreciation of 600% since it started quoting in the Alternative Stock Market a year and a half ago, the group is targeting other market, the Alternex in France. ¨ From september we will define the Project and in three or four months we will be quoting¨.
Its goal is to achieve visibility in one of the world aeronautics poles , Toulouse, and be closer to Airbus. The next step, Juárez points out, is to jump to the US market.
Until now, in its progression has had much to do with corporate operations.In 2013, it acquired two companies (Fiberdyne, in the USA, and MDU, an spanish engineering from Seville ), and it is in the process of acquiring two companies located in Madrid and Barcelona, with an investment of 12 million euros.
CARBURES foresees to maintain this exponential evolution, and afterwards, carry on with organic growth. The targeted aim is to reach a 195 million euros turnover in 2014.
¨In the next three years, aircraft models as Boeing 750 or Boeing 787, which are the first models with percentages of carbón fiber of 50% and 70%, they will start to be mass-produced. Moreover, for the automotive sector we have industrialized the processes in order to produce on a large scale¨, Juárez defends.
The group has been creating a strong productive structure. It has plants in Spain (El Puerto de Santa María and Jerez de la frontera), in the US ( Greenville and Seatlle) and in China, where it is finishing the construction of other plant in Harbin collaboration with a local partner. All of them are focused to aeronautics industry, whereas in El Burgo de Osma (Soria-Spain) will inaugurate a pioneer center to supply automotive customers.
A part of this facility and of the companies that it foresees to acquire imminently will be financed with a capital increase of of 6 million euros. We have an excess of demand. We are surprised with our attraction easiness. Consequently, we had planned a second phase, of 4 million euros, that we are to put ahead scheduled to september.
In addition, he highlights that a 90% of new investors have a qualified profile – such as funds, sicav and family office -, ¨what has a doublé value, because they are people who understand the project¨.
