CARBURES lands in the neuralgic center of the USA with Fiberdyne acquisition.

The Cádiz based company,which produces carbon fiber pieces for both automotive and aeronautics industry,  acquires a production plant in Seattle, which is added to the other one in Greenville.

CARBURES, a company that produces and delivers carbon fiber structures for both aeronautics and automotive industry, has acquired 100% of Fyberdine, a company which produces composites pieces for these sectors, thereby CARBURES is established at Seatlle, neuralgic center for aeronautics industry in the USA.

This operation has been conceiving during the last year, and it is an strategic asset for CARBURES, because it means to be present in the supply chain of the tractor company Boeing, founded and established in Seattle.

CARBURES has the AS9100 Rev C aeronautics quality certification to produce  composites pieces for aerospacial industry. With this step, CARBURES reinforces its positioning in the USA, with active presence in both coasts, the Atlantic (South Carolina) and the Pacific one (Seattle).

With a 41.000 squared feet production center, CARBURES adds as a client TESLA, the main electric cars manufacturer in the USA; Hexcel, top supplier of equipments for production;and relevant companies in the aeronautics industry such as Raisbeck Engineer or Xcor.

This capacities are added to the ones CARBURES has in Greenville,with other similar sized plant, where CARBURES are currently producing pieces for tractor companies in automotive sector, such as electric  buses or structures for nautical sector.

This strategy is framed in the company´s strategy since it started quoting at Alternative Stock Market: Operations Internationalization and sector diversification by increasing both aeronautics and automotive customer base.

Rafael Contreras, CEO of CARBURES EUROPE and Chairman of CARBURES USA, states that ¨this operation is a new step in the planned roadmap, and a confirmation of our internationalization and diversification strategy.
