On Wednesday, July 6, Carbures USA received its first bus to begin repair work on for Proterra. Proterra was the first company to manufacture a bus that runs solely on alternative fuel. Carbures USA is currently working on 1 bus body doing some repairs and rework to the frame, with more buses being delivered later in the month. We hope to repair more than 20 buses by the end of the year. This is Carbures USA’s first project in the automotive industry. We are excited about all the opportunities this project brings and are willing and ready to put in the hard work to add to our projects in the future.

El pasado 6 de Julio, Carbures USA recibió el primer autobús para realizar trabajos de reparacióin para Proterra. Proterra fue la primera compañía en fabricar un autobús que funcionara exclusivamente con carburante alternativo. Carbures USA está trabajando en la estructura de un autobus reparando el marco, recibiendo más vehículos del mismo tipo a final de mes. Esperamos trabajar en más de veinte autobuses hasta final de año. Éste es el primer proyecto de Carbures USA en el sector automoción. Estamos motivados acerca de todas las oportunidades que este proyecto trae y nuestro equipo en USA está listo para trabajar duro igualmente en los próximos proyectos.

Today we welcome the first complete structure that we have received for repair work of an electric bus in the USA. We are getting tangible results from the effort that is being made ... I want to share the feeling of accomplishment, as it is being achieved little by little with much work. Each new project puts us, more and more, in competitive situations.
Our challenge is to achieve a high degree of competitiveness associated with a high workload and technological capabilities.
