The high technology of Carbures existing after this project, is based mainly on the novelty of the linear palletized test. The design and manufacture of other test equipments had already been carried out for this customer from Carbures Mobility. This time, the difference is that it is a fully automated cell, where the integrity of the process is carried out by machinery programmed for this purpose. The cell consists of 4 stations in parallel with capacity to perform the same tests and an automatic manipulator with double clamp for loading and unloading. The stations perform both low and high speed tests up to 4000rpm with 'Noise' analysis. In addition, the new configuration of the cell allows the flexibility of adding stations to be able to increase the production in the future.
Rafael Contreras, Executive Chairman of Carbures states: "We take a new step in our growth. We opened a strategic market, Brazil, which will allow us to keep expanding through the southern half of the American continent and continue to grow. The international vocation has always been in the DNA of Carbures, and that has led us to become a global technological referent today. "
Imad Ghawaly, General Manager of Carbures Mobility, adds: "Our High Technology and commitment to the customer takes time opening the most demanding automotive doors globally. This new market demonstrates this result. "
This new international milestone is in addition to the recent opening in China of a new manufacturing plant for the automotive sector in the Suzhou industrial park this August. And in Latin America, where this new contract is produced, Carbures already has an engineering and machinery factory in Querétaro, and a team of 100 engineers in Mexico City, specializing in Civil Works.
