Carbures self-imposes the highest political requirements of good corporate governance

Carbures advances in its roadmap to make the leap to the Mercado Continuo with the approval, in its board of directors, of the new practices of good Corporate Governance. The Company has been working on it for more than a year, since it announced its intention to leave the MAB and make the leap to the Continuo, on its own, before the merger announcement, and does so with the aim of responding to the demands that it sets the Mercado Continuo in this matter.

Among others, improvements have been established in the Corporate Policies are the following:

1. Anti-corruption policy
2. Policy for the Formulation and Approval of Financial Information
3. Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
4. Risk Management and Control Policy and Internal Information Systems
5. Code of Ethical Conduct
6. Communication Policy and Contact with Shareholders, Institutional Investors, and Voting Advisors
7. Director Selection Policy
8. Policies of Equality and Family Conciliation

The approval and monitoring of these policies demonstrate Carbures commitment to the values of the society in which it operates.
