Carbures strengthens its management with the appointment of a new CFO, Jorge Moreno

Carbures strengthens its corporate and management area with the addition of a new CFO. The Board of Directors of Carbures has today agreed to appoint Jorge Moreno García as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the aim of increasing the Company's senior management team to face the growth and industrial reality of Carbures.

Moreno has a 14-year professional experience in corporate and fundamentally financial consulting for large companies with a solid track record in corporate operations. He has been present in strategic projects, mergers and acquisitions, both nationally and internationally, in sectors such as industry, construction, energy, consumption and distribution, technology and telecommunications.

"I want to thank the Board for the confidence it has placed in me. They have my full commitment to work with the Company. Carbures offers an extremely attractive industrial reality that continues to grow, which participates in major projects of transformation of the industry towards the use of composite materials and which, therefore, is very attractive for any profesional”, says Moreno about Carbures and his new position.

Until his appointment as CFO of Carbures, Moreno has held senior management positions in the major international firms providing professional services. Thus, Moreno arrives in Carbures after having held the position of Director of the Corporate Finance team of Ernst Young (EY), which he joined in 2013. Previously, Moreno had developed his professional career in the PwC Restructuring team, as Senior Manager, and in KPMG's financial audit and advisory departments for more than seven years.
