La pasada semana, nuestra compañera de CARBURES USA, Kristin Canon, tuvo la oportunidad de asistir como orador invitada al Donaldson Career Center, un centro de carreras en el distrito Escolar del Condado de Greenville (Carolina del Sur, EEUU). Dicho distrito es el más grande del estado de Carolina del Sur, tiene uno de los mejores programas de formación profesional, y además, están buscando expandir su programa de capacitación técnica para incluir "Producción de Composite".
Last week, our coworker from Carbures USA, Kristin Canon, had the opportunity to attend like a guest speaker at the Donaldson Career Center, in the Greenville County School District. This district is the largest in the State of South Carolina, they have one of the best vocational training programs and they are looking to expand their technical training program to include Composite Manufacturing.
Le pidieron que hablara con los estudiantes sobre cómo se realiza una entrevista, qué habilidades buscan empresas como Carbures en los empleados... Es importante que nuestros jóvenes comprendan la importancia de las diferencias culturales, la ética, la autonomía y la innovación en el lugar de trabajo, y sobre todo que sean capaces de plantearse sus objetivos post-secundarios.
She was asked to speak with students about how an interview is conducted, which skills are seeking in employees companies as Carbures... It is important for our young to understand the cultural differences, work ethics, self-empowerment and innovation in the work place; and especially their post-secondary goals.
